Beryl felt that she was on top of the world when she stepped out in her new frock. The rounded neck line hid a very clever opening at the left shoulder, and the sassy tie gave the dress a jaunty air. At first she had thought the deep shoulder ruffles were a bit much. However, compliments from her friends made her glad she'd opted not to use the long darted sleeve, or the shorter version with scallops.
The two piece skirt with matching belt had just enough flare to complete the fresh, spring-time ensemble.
