Wrights Bias Fold Tape Booklet and Pattern (1932)

 This lovely little booklet and pattern sheet was originally produced by the Wrights Company.  Wrights was a prominent manufacturer of sewing notions, and is still in business today.

Wrights published a series of these sewing books during the 1920s and 1930s.  They each featured various applications of bias tapes for trims, providing instructions and inspiration for home sewers.

These booklets were quite popular during their time, serving as both instructional guides and promotional materials to help market the company's products.

The publications typically featured:

• Product Showcases: Highlighting the range of bias tapes, hem tapes, and other trimmings offered by Wrights.

• Project Instructions: Providing step-by-step guides for using bias tape to create trims for aprons, dresses, and home décor.

• Design Inspiration: Offering creative ideas for incorporating bias tapes into various sewing projects.

While the booklets can often be found through auction sites, finding them with the pattern sheets included is fairly rare.
